IMAS aims to support and facilitate management development as well as provide programmes for Allied Health Professionals.

•	NHG offers Student Attachment programmes with our Health Sciences professionals within our institutions.

•	In 2004, 157 awards were given out to deserving staff under the Healthcare Manpower Development Programme (HMDP), compared to 93 in 2002. The total value also rose to S$5.3 million from S$2.73 million in the same period.

•	NHG continually enriches our pharmacists with new proficiencies and management skills both on a personal and professional level, such that our leadership skills may mature into even the roles of Pharmacy Managers and principal Administrators in the healthcare industry.
